Reinstate the SPEED stat on the Maple Umbrella

I'm not sure what the original reason for nerfing this item was, but I propose that the speed stat be reinstated on the Maple Umbrella.

The Maple Umbrella on Legends has the speed stat completely removed, and is a common 1H-Sword with 40-50 attack. It's outclassed by the Maple Sword, which provides more attack as well as additional accuracy.

We currently have a variety of event equips of a similar level/attack that give speed (EG: Maplemas Lights and Lifeguard Saver), so it would be nice to see this Anniversary item brought up to scratch.

I write this post from the perspective of an Islander, where speed is a desired stat. If there are reasons this change would be detrimental to the health of the server off the island, someone please chime in - however, I have my doubts considering the other event weapons listed above.
