Accepted & Implemented Resurrect Players to Full HP

Currently players that die and need to be brought back by a Bishop's Resurrection skill return to life with their base HP instead of their total HP. It is very unintuitive for a player to look down at their hp bar while dead and not know how much hp they will be brought back with. v0.62 GMS did not have anywhere near the amount of HP equips available in ML so I believe this was an oversight and should be addressed. Currently in ML, it is not unlikely for a player to be wearing over 2000 hp worth of equips which can be over 50% of a class' actual hp pool.
