Right channel to alert game issues to gm

    Sometimes in game we faces issues that might need attention from gm. Just want to see how the community feel that is the fair for them using a poll.

    Its not like staff is on 24/7, so you won't always get a response right away. Most of them are in dutch/sig/asian time zones.

    If there is a pending issue screen shot it, do !gm in game, and follow up as needed. I've had many many failed boss runs due to some sort of glitch that don't get caught in time but its mostly because of timezone issues. The staff may also be in their own boss runs at the time. All of them have their own stuff going on also

    The preferred method of contacting staff is through @gm or through the forums.

    However, we are also players and not constantly monitoring our gm clients so at times we don't see an @gm instantly to resolve it when it is a time sensitive issue. Sometimes people then smega and there's a chance a GM is playing on their normal character, sees it and then will be able to hop on their GM character quickly to help out. Same applies to Discord support channel.

    Keep in mind not to publicly accuse other people while asking for assistance

    Most things can ultimately be resolved through the forums if there's no immediate assistance

    A bit confused because nothing mentioned about failed boss run. And also the post I did not demand a response right away. It is more of the question on which should have a higher priority in your opinion. Let's say Person A @gm 2 hour before, Person B smega 2 hours later after Person A. Or even the reverse, person A used smega as a channel and person B uses @gm. Which channel would you be more delighted that gm focuses on regarding game related issues.

    My priority of order is
    @gm with detailed info
    If reporting bad behaviour from a player a forum thread follow as @gm is sent. That's all there is to do. If the abuser keep ruining your gaming experience thats only added proofs to your case.

    If its something that require in game intervention like a bugged aggro or a boss that wont die or other glitch or the sort (royal guard freezing away from under chandelier i.e) and no reply, i would smega. If smega lead to nothing, i would DM a gm on discord with the active green dot.

    It's all by case, only time critical thing should be elevated via smega or DMs. I do not encourage DMing gm, this is a very last ressort like the softlock of the previous example stated.

    I've always had good service at @gm, I used smega once to alert someone who was making a mess with my leecher's mapowner, the bad thing is that there are some things (like a false ban) that sometimes take a while but, the staff is human and voluntary, and they do a great job, there is no way to have everything
