Not a Bug Rush Skill Not Working

    Description of the bug: The Rush skill (4th-job warrior) suddenly stopped working for me - when I double-click the skill in the menu or press the hotkey assigned to it, nothing happens.
    What is supposed to happen?: It should work, as it has been up until today.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Today while training at skeles.
    Extra information: I already tried re-installing game files - didn't fix. I also asked a couple other 4th-job warriors in-game if their Rush skill was working, and it was. I appear to be the only one experiencing this bug.
