    Transparency report:

We have noticed an increase of load into the server lately. This is generally due to the population increase, but also because we believe there's a memory leak somewhere in our code. A memory leak is essentially bits of code that does not get cleaned up correctly, thus fills the server more and more until the server starts to frequently lag or cause general slowdown, because the Garbage Collector attempts to clean the server up when it can't (due to the leak). We'll be monitoring the situation and hopefully be able to find the cause of the problem in our code.

With that said I do want to also confirm we are aware of the more frequent lag spikes lately, and hope the ones that are our fault can be addressed by cleaning up faulty code. During all this we are also still very busy with upcoming patch (we really hope you'll enjoy it) so we thank you very much for the patience and continued support.
