Completed Scheduled Maintenance: June 13, 2024

Hello Maplers,

We will be performing Scheduled Maintenance on June 13, 2024. It will last approximately until its done. Upon completion, the game will be brought back online and service will be restored. Once restored, you can log in and play!

Time:
5 PM server time
(7 PM CEST)

What will be unavailable:

• All MapleLegends game servers and channels
• Merchants will be closed
• In-game name change requests using @changeign are automatically processed

Transparency Report:

This is the second part of the maintenance. We'll be taking a memory dump of the session and look at the data where things may go wrong. This is the same thing we've done when we refactored our scripting system years ago and also the way we fixed a major memory leak related to it at the time. Compared to now though that leak was way more severe and almost ran the server out of memory after 24 hours.

Hopefully like back then we are able to find things to improve our code. This should be the last non-regular maintenance for now. Thank you for the patience once again.

 

All what needed to be done is now done. Hopefully we'll able to tweak our code with the memory dump.
