    Hi,

    This scroll is currently not dropped from anything, which isn't surprising because it wasn't in the drop table to begin with. But I personally would love to see this scroll to be popular and give a twist to the shields in Legends especially because we lack 10 slot shields opposing to most servers.

    So I would like this scroll to be dropped from semi-popular places. Perhaps mobs like Water Goblins, truckers and Drakes. Because Drakes is an interesting place to farm mesos but not quite reliable enough because of the RNG that scroll drops provide.
