Fixed Shadow Style Cash Shop Effect Item not working

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Not working at all, "Shadow Style" is the most, if not one of the most, expensive effects in cash shop and only lasts 90 days. I have the bane of buying it for it to be useless and doesn't work, and NX is mainly available from voting.
    What is supposed to happen?: Effect triggering and actually working
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Bought in-game
    Extra information (optional): Please refund the NX if possible for anyone who is buying this item currently and disable item in cash shop until fixed
