Low Sharks Not Debuffing/Dispelling

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Sharks slow or dispelling not happening.
    What is supposed to happen?: Sharks applying a slow or dispel.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: The Grave of a Wrecked Ship
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Attack sharks and stand around to see if they debuff
    Extra information (optional): Was fighting sharks for my wrappers and was on top of them using arrow eruption with my marksman. Noticed that throughout the entire time, not a single slow or dispel was applied to me.
