It's good that you guys are posting about wanting to enjoy maple while struggling through the grind.
As some people may know...I'm unusually toxic towards people who beg for mesos and items...because you really don't need to beg to get started in maple.
I'll leave you guys some general tips and tricks on how to go through levels 1-70 (70 gets pretty tricky)
1) Never buy potions unless you can afford.
Never ever buy potions. There are so many ways to get potions via quests, party quests, and sometimes weddings! It's fundamentally a waste to buy potions as an early level character because you'll level way ahead of some basic potions (red, orange, white, blue, etc).
2) Stop being hit by monsters!
Most low level monsters don't even have casting spells, and if you play with some minor microing and moving around you can minimize getting smacked. Each time you get hit, that costs mesos
3) Hunt. Hunt. Hunt!
Yes, killing stuff! = Potential equips, mesos, just stuff! It's the games crude, but only reliable way of getting items.
4) Focus more on leveling than getting rich or godly equips.
If you can't afford certain things, why bothering trying? This was the conclusion I reached that motivated me to grind my ass from level 110-130. Get to lv70, 120 instead of blowing away mesos. It's safer, and frugal.
5) Gachapon tickets
This is an iffy way to use vote cash honesty, but you can mass spam gach to try and get some good stuff...(yes, create more economic instability and price fluctuation please ;p). You can only do this at level45+
6) GM events and holiday events
Do these. Everyday. It's worth it.
I don't do GM events because I dislike the events in general, and I'd rather farm or boss.
7) Get a merchant
Get one, learn the market prices, know what mobs drop what, figure out which items are hot on demand, bam. Mesos

I hope I've left enough information to help people be more self independent.
Like, come on guys...this game isn't THAT hard...

Hey all,
it's my third day on this game and i'm currently level 29. Hoping there are some kind souls who could spare me some mesos just for pots and enough for me to buy a level 30 equipment (i'm still wearing the rubber boots lol)
currently surviving on 20k mesos after selling my fame once haha it's the only way i know how to make mesos. cheers guys
