    I believe to have been restricted from using the shoutbox, settings indicate I do not have permission to access it.

    I have neither been informed of misuse or warned of anything, if I have been wrongfully banned, do lift it, otherwise please provide a reason.

    If this is a technical glitch, please resolve it.
