    So yeah, when someone in your guild levels, you see a chat message, would be nice to have that in party chat as well. Especially useful in PQs when it's good to know when someone is lvl31/51/71 or whatever.

    I would say add it in BL as well, but that might be overkill. I don't know, please discuss.
