Skin Saver?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but will there be a skin saver type of thing for saving different skin colors?

Asking because I'd like to change my skin using the Anniversary's Blushing Petal Coupon, but I would probably also like to change up my skin color every so often similar to my hair and eyes.

This will help me decide whether I should use my points on it because if it's a one-time thing, it might not be as worth it to spend the 100 points for the coupon.
