Speed Infusion Range Buff Not Applied

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):With the recent skill balance of buccaneer, the patch note states following:
    However, my own (and super informal) testing shows that is not the case




    What is supposed to happen?:The SI range should remain consistent to what was stated in patch note, meaning both HS and SI should act identically.

    Any kind of comments regarding whether the range should be similar or identical would be awesome :)

    Sigh. Will look into it again then. This is second time I buffed SI range and its still not correct. One like 1 and half year ago.
