Fixed Starwing Pet Unable To Equip Cash Shop's Pet Label Ring

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):I bought a Pet Label Ring for my pet Starwing but it says that my pet is unable to equip the item.
    What is supposed to happen?:Starwing is suppose to be able to equip such item. To my knowledge, all pets in the cash shop is suppose to.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:09/28/24 after I bought the cash shop ring for my pet in-game.
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):Buy ring from cash shop > equip ring > error.

    It looks like some pets were incorrectly imported without an associated name tag or chat label, which causes them to not be able to wear the rings.
    Starwing will be fixed for the next patch, thanks!
