Medium Steal doesn't work on some mobs

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): You can't steal items from certain mobs for example NT2 Imperial Guard or Ludi PQ stage 7 Rombot.
    What is supposed to happen?: Steal is supposed to work?
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: In the MapleLegends.
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Cast steal repeatedly on these mobs.
    Extra information (optional):

    I'm not sure if this is working as intended since some of the mobs steal doesn't work on are "mini bosses" like D.Roy or Rombot but I believe a skill like mortal blow can be used on these mobs so I'd think steal should too.

    The effect would be that shadowers could farm a few specific things slightly faster which is exactly what steal should provide which it currently does not.
