[Suggestion] Fix smokescreen level 29/30

    Hi,

    Currently the shadowers skill smokescreen gets worse when you level it up from 29 to 30 (see image below). This is not in line with how almost every other skill progresses and I believe this oddity occurred when earlier skill changes were implemented.

    Please consider either lowering level 28/29 range to 190% or lowering level 29 duration to 44 seconds.
