Suggestion on making past cosmetics more accessible!

Speaking of cosmetics, I was thinking if it would be a idea to suggest like being able to use donor (or a different method) to be able to select past event face and hair styles. I have noticed that most events only contain newer styles, and continue to further expand the list. I also believe there is always a post every year regarding players to choose past faces and hairs but I feel that it doesn't happen often enough and only the most voted (out of selected options) would be selected into the upcoming events, so we would not be able to see most of the previous hairs and faces in these events.
