(Temporarily) disable atk gain from energy charge

only skill that requires energy charge is energy drain n energy blast, both only need lvl 1 energy charge. So I think thats the only way now to not overwrite ciders or any other atk pot/buff, by taking 1 sp from energy charge to shockwave prob so that when were charged we only get 19 wa. Also 89% stance from 90% stance as for duration im not really sure, prob 55 or 50s as ml lib has it written for 50s still when maxed but we all know its 60s long now, avoid is still at 20. Even then idk if thatd work havent tried it myself

 

At level 39 I still get 60 seconds with 20 avoid/accuracy
