Windows 8/8.1/10 "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"

    Good afternoon, I wanted to boot up some MapleLegends after not playing seriously for a few months.

    I see the message "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" when I try to login. I even tried alternate accounts to see if it's specific to my main account. It is consistent no matter how I try to login.

    I double-checked if I am banned, but on the page I am not.

    Please assist me, as I was super excited to casually play and reach the 4th job for the 1st time ever "Before Big Bang".

    I've seen this issue get fixed for other players when filing a ban appeal and explaining the details. I'm not exactly sure what causes it as it's not a legitimate ban, but the glitch seems to be tied to the device itself rather than the accounts (as in it allows you to play on different devices, but will show this error on any account you try)
