Toads not spawning in Toad Pond / Isolated House

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video):
    The Toad monsters aren't spawning in the maps they should be appearing in.

    Toad
    Link to the 2 maps Toads should spawn in:
    Toad Pond
    Isolated House
    What is supposed to happen?:
    There should be a few Toads on each map, but none can be found on any channel on these maps. Toads no longer exist. However, the other monster spawns are appropriately present.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:
    Trying to complete the Ponlaa's Quest for Beauty questline. Need them shoes!

    My suggestion is to change this thread to "Medium" to gain more attention, as this bug actually messes up with gameplay/questing.

    Fixed live.

    This took 3 minutes to fix, so I am sorry it took so long. Blame external program for screwing up the mobrate for this one.
