Windows XP/Vista/7 unable to start corectly (0xc000007b)

    before this error i had an error with missing MSCVP140.dll file.
    i can download it and solved this error.
    but after that it show my application unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)
    i had tried solve it from online but dint work
    any solution for this?
