Windows 8/8.1/10 unable to use entire screen

hi i just downloaded this and i had no issues but i cant see my hp or exp. i also cant touch the bottom bar. such as that pop up that asks you if you want to switch channels or quite, i cant touch that bottom quite button. its like my mouse considers that the end of the window. i cand minimize of full screen. there is no option for it. tried xing out and going back in. same thing. any help is appreciated
