Low VIP Teleport Rock bugs screen after failing to find player to chase

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Can't use portals, click on any buttons (other than Menu button), or use keybinded actions for about a minute after the VIP Teleport Rock fails to find a player to chase.
What is supposed to happen?:Nothing should happen
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?:Mu Lung, tried to teleport to another player who ended up being on a different channel.
A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
1. Make sure you're on a different channel from a friend
2. Use VIP Teleport Rock to 'chase' your friend.
3. Rock should give a pop-up screen saying failure to chase, hit OK.
4. Try using a portal nearby or pressing on your Cash Shop button, these things don't work.

alt method requiring no friend:
1. Type in a gibberish non-existent name to "Chase" using VIP Teleport Rock
2. Try using a portal nearby or pressing on your Cash Shop button, these things don't work.

Extra information (optional): I know we should've been on same channel for rock to work, doesn't explain the bug. Recreated it 4~5 times without fail, was able to reuse buttons etc after relogging. It also ends up fixing itself after about a minute in game, not game-breaking.
