Windows 8/8.1/10 Voting is not working properly

    For the past two days I haven't been able to vote. When I go to vote after 24 hours has passed on Gtop it says I have already voted and starts the countdown to the next time I can vote but i dont receive any vote cash. My other account can vote just fine. Is this fixable? If so please help me.
