Windows 8/8.1/10 Voting is not working properly

    For the past two days I haven't been able to vote. When I go to vote after 24 hours has passed on Gtop it says I have already voted and starts the countdown to the next time I can vote but i dont receive any vote cash. My other account can vote just fine. Is this fixable? If so please help me.

    You are most likely using the same network, aka using your computer to vote and using your phone to vote.
    Try using a different network on your phone to vote (3G/4G/LTE/etc), that should allow you vote.
