Windows XP/Vista/7 Voting Issue

Hello, I tried voting on multiple browsers, incognito, wifi, and data. Nothing seems to be registering. The Blue Kimmy says the voting registers, but I refresh the page it shows that I could still vote. Red Kimmy continues to show that I have already voted, but the last time I was able to have it register was 2 days ago. I feel like the issue may be tied to my account somehow. Please, any help would be appreciated.

Faming and defaming also says I have famed for the day, but I haven't successfully famed in 3 days.
