(Website) Link to Discord

Considering the volume of active players on the Discord server, I feel we should link to the Discord on the main site.

I tried to direct someone ingame to the Discord today, and couldn't immediately find a place to direct them to (other than just giving them the invite url) so I ended up giving them the invite URL. Not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to be able to say "Just go to the MapleLegends website and follow the community tab to the Discord".

I poked around afterward because I couldn't remember how I even found the Discord server in the first place, and I couldn't find links anywhere but Reddit. Maybe there's links elsewhere in the forums, but the difficulty in finding it is a problem on its own, I think.
