What's the deal with work gloves?

    This has been something I've been wondering about for a while, way before I joined this server. Why are work gloves specifically so popular? Like why not scroll a lvl 100 glove with better clean stats? Is it solely because it's easier for the scroller, as it has no class bearing? And why gloves and not, say, earrings with weapon attack or certain stats?

    Maybe I'm just not thinking it through enough but it's always seemed like the most random thing to be the most searched item on FM, I wanna see if there's actually a good explanation for this.

    Quite a number of reasons including what you've also written:
    • Abundance of GFA scrolls all round the server.
    • Ease of scrolling; related to the above.
    • Resaleability
    • Usable by all classes.
    • WA > primary stats
    Personally i'd only scroll a higher level glove if i have plenty of funds to scroll one to serve as my end-game glove while passing down or selling away the other glove.

    also don't forget the brown work glove has 7 slots instead of 5, meaning you can scroll it two extra times with weapon attack or magic attack

    1 reason IMO. It's a common item, therefore anyone can enjoy the item, which makes it alot easier to sell.
