Zakum Pre-Quests not working.

Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): Hey, guys. I'm in the middle of Zakum Pre-Quests and I'm having some trouble finishing them. When I finished stage 1 of the pre-quests I got the piece of fire ore, but when I tried to enter stage 2 Adobis (the Zakum Pre-Quests' NPC) said that I still haven't finished stage 1. I @gmed the problem and Kimmy was able to help me get to stage 2, but when I finished that stage I didn't get the breath of lava.
What is supposed to happen?: I'm suppose to be able to get the breath of lava after finishing stage 2.
Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: I noticed this at the door to Zakum.

Alright, I was given the Eye of Fire and my pre-quests were fixed, but I would still like to know what caused this to happen so I can avoid it in the future.
