    Can Maple Island or Happyville (prob better option) have access to Little Suzy NPC for the Xmas Dilemma quest? The quest gives 3k exp (includes 3x multiplier) and is level 10+.

    Why? These hats are obviously the definition of 2006 maplestory sex appeal & raffle is 70+.

    Cosmetics and Equips/Items that has no intrinsic Washing Value should be okay to have on Maple Island, since those wouldn't have any changes on meta for MP/HP washing gains.
