Happy to see my thread being mentioned so i'd just like to weigh in a little with regards to the HP and damage discussion for players accessing Neo Tokyo.
Most if not all NT bosses have a specific method to avoid damage so that ranged players can still participate.

Odaiba Bergamot - Moving to the left most zone or ducking when it attacks.

Akihabara Dunas - Stay at the bottom lane, there should be a method to avoid if you're attacking at the top lanes but i can't recall at this point of time.
*There's another version of Dunas in Shibuya.

Tokyo Skies Nibelung - Safe zone at leftmost area or move to bottom right corner of the map to take area DoT damage instead of Nibelung's attack.

Kamuna Beast - Safe zone at upper platforms for non-attackers, ranged attackers can attack as per normal if it is pinned to the side since its magic attack range is lower than ranged characters.

Roppongi Mall Aufheben - Topmost zone in the map unless

Not listed is Dunas Unit, Shibuya Dunas, & Core Blaze.

Also Shinohara you have any info on what drops from neo tokyo? I haven't found anything online...not that i've looked hard enough xD

 

If i was to limit it to the most valuable drop items, it would be Dragon khanjars, Elemental pierces, Demon shurikens, & Shield scrolls(ATT & MA)

 

Implying we need to change how NLs always worked in v62

 

So basically gear we can already get from gachapon and no staple equipment akin to zak helm/htp?

 

I'm not really saying that (though it would be nice), but it's laughable seeing everyone whine about this because for once maybe they might not be at the top...

 

For some yes but the Elemental Pierces, Demon shurikens, AP bullets, & Aufheben Circlet are NT exclusive only.
Staple equipment wise. NT has no pendents but as for helmets.
Excluding the additional hammer slots aside, this is how a fully scrolled Auf circlet looks like.

Broken as it looks, I've never seen any player ever reach even halfway through.
As the scrolls are only dropped from Aufheben herself at a very low chance and coupled with the even lower success rate of 5%.

 

still just having the potential to have this kinda shit is fuckin /busted

 

A tempting but otherwise unattainable flower even if one tries to drains every single coin of mesos off the market to do it.

 

+1 Either change something related to the future areas itself or don't advertise as a v62 Nostalgic serv

This server definitely needs early-game content more than content that surpasses Horntail, when barely anyone can even do HT.

Isn't it also possible to add some costumized mid-game content like another guild-pq or something? As of now we got Ludi maze for lvl 51-70, which is kinda lame and doesn't have any item reward whatsoever unlike any other pq. And Orbis pq (lvl 51-70), which is ok-ish. I would love to see Ellin pq (lvl 45-55) and Magatia pq (lvl 71-85) if that's possible to add. Heck, maybe even tweak the level requirement and mob stats so that lvl 70+ players can join?
Monster Carnival is quite tricky since it can make Ludi pq pretty much obsolete exp wise.
