Future Endgame Content in MapleLegends

I merely made a suggestion to benefit those who are past the point of no return that this content would be geared towards primarily. That's all. Instead of complaining about a suggestion that would require work, effort, and time put in to it (just like HP washing), maybe come up with your own then?

 

yes u are able to survive for most of the bosses (except no safe zone for Auf Haven as i mentioned)
but didnt mean u are the 'attacker'..and this is not cool

imagine u can survive during GPQ boss stage, but u were not the attacker, becoz u were just standing at far corner there not even able to see the boss -.-

Can't really fully pin a boss if all ur attackers have to stay in the corner lul

 

i did, i suggested we boost hp from hp scrolls, and that was shot down. and it has never seen the light of day, and also my suggestion had no affect on people who have already washed.
what youve suggested is a bit more convoluted, because this server is meant to be a 0.62 server, there would never be an addition of made up quests to give more hp.
which is what i was trying to get at. people who want it to remain a 0.62 server will never let you do what youve just suggested. because in their view, v0.62 and hp washing are synonymous

 

yes ranged players can still participate, but not as an 'efficient attackers' if u do not have enof HP

i semi-quit mapleSEA at my lv 17x bowmaster, as it took me centuries to up lv
i gained only 15% in 2 hours with 4x experience grinding at Duku map (map before krexel boss)
launching of neo tokyo made me (& many players) re-active in mapleSEA, the quests chain in NT was really nice & very hard to complete
i got my BM to lv200 just before the BB patch, by grinding at Core Blaze stage
i did decent HP washing for my BM (around 6.5k at lv18x), but this wasnt enof for me to survive at most of the NT bosses stage
to repeat: this is no fun -.-

to elaborate more:

- Odaiba Vergamot
1. moving to the left zone = u cant even see the boss
ur pt members will walk to u for ur buff (if u hv)
2. ducking when vergamot attacks = u need times to practise this = u need wheels of fortune

- Akihabara Dunas
1. stay at bottom lane = u cant see the boss, and u cant afk coz ur pt members need ur buff
2. top lane..? no there's no safe spot if u wanna attack Dunas, u get 1HKO

- Tokyo Skies Nibergen
1. leftmost area = u cant see the boss
2. bottom right corner, for me: i couldnt use my main attacking skill - storm of arrow to attack (due to the minimum range to shoot), so instead of SOA, i shoot Arrow Rain & summon phoenix -.-
Nirbergen was the easiest boss compare to others

- Kamuna Beast (names magic monster in mapleSEA)
1. upper platform, yes again..for non-attackers
2. yes ranged attackers can attack after the beast got pinned to the corner, but u still get 1HKO if u careless about its attacking range

- Auf Haven the last boss
no, there's no safe zone
i used to bring summoning sack & summon the low lv monster inside for me to get low damage instead of Auf attacks, but it couldnt save me for long time coz Auf just moved around the whole map & the summoned monster got killed by our attackers

- Core Blaze
yes this was the boss for ranged attackers to enjoy to the max
but we need a mage to turn off the lasers at a map before Core Blaze
Core Blaze gave excellent experience,
i remember we were torturing Core from 8am to midnite
(not sure it was a bug which we were able to enter the Core map unlimited counts,
not like others bosses limited to 1 or 2 times per 24 hours)

i remember i always made an international call to Singapore to wake my pt members up for us to grind from the morning till late nite
most of us got to lv200 from Core Blaze, that was before BB
after BB launched..haizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz T.T

and yes i remember..before Core Blaze, we need to kill a mini boss Imperial Guard
by dropping the chandelier from top, then kill it with normal attacks during the last 5% of HP

she was my buddy
the only 1 mage (other than bishop) who was actively doing NT bosses ^^

 

mhhhhm a lot of nt but what about krexel all i heard was that gmslike krexel was really buggy.
we already have all maps and pre quest implemented so its easier added than nt ^^

not that im against nt but if the quest really is that hard like everyone said,
than does rings really gonna help out everyone. even if it is only a small boost

 

Legends needs:
Ellin PQ
Romeo and Juliet pq
Crimson woodkeep pq
Add Krexel Boss
Add Pink Bean
Add Neo Tokyo (with all the bosses)

Done nothing else need to be added

 

make all the boss mechanics dodgeable solution solved

 

Make htp eggable twice just like in old gms and add the MON normally in cwk pq

 

Bumping this post because a new endgame content should be considered/introduced?? Hoping for feedbacks from players and staff in view of future sustainability of Legends <3

will be the ultimate goal for everyone
and cwkpq was like the most fun memory from maplestory for me

 

Maybe empress itself. But definitely not empress equips. They would overpower stuff like zakum helmets, scar helmets, bathrobes/saunarobes etc. This would take away a lot of the oldschool experience.

 

Agreed. Cwpq was definitely one of the best parts about old maple
