Ravana Helm(0) exchange rate

    Description of the bug: (optional screenshot/video): I think this bug is pretty well-known and recurring, and I've gotten to the point where I've stopped doing Ravana helm exchanges for awhile until i thought it got fixed, but apparently not (RIP all the ETCs hunted and exchanged). Have been receiving Ravana helm (1)s again and again with each exchange with no sign of Helm 0 (the one with 17-20 stats).

    What is supposed to happen?: Supposed to get Ravana Helmet (0)s after a certain number of exchanges, including other bad unwanted Ravana helms (2,3,4) and not Ravana helm (1) all the time.

    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: Exchange the Ravana Doll for Ravana helmet

    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional): Exchange quest for Magical stone piece, kill ravana, loot doll, Exchange the Ravana Doll for Ravana helmet

    Extra information (optional): Even if the source of the bad-rate-recurrence is not known or to found, please at least revert the rates whenever they go south again :(

    Yes, the ravana helm drops are fucking cancer.
    I think I've done Ravana over 20 times, never got a Ravana(0).

    I said 20 times.

    It's even better when you waste time to prequest, kill ravana and get no drops at all

    ( only dropped 1 ravana dool, Kamairi used it and of course got a trash one, quality reward RNG)

    I have done that 68 times. Got the good helm once.

    My friend has done it about 60 times. 0 good helm.

    The helmet probability rates will be fixed following the server restart. Would recommend that you hold off on turning in the quest until then.

    Thank you for staying on top of this! I love Ravana so much and it made me sad we could not get the real helm for a while now. Kimmy fixed it briefly but it appeared it got reverted. I was about to report this but I appreciate you reporting this early on.

    Yah the staff always does a wonderful job <3. Just remember we need to help the staff out by staying on top of this though. Just because it is fixed this time doesn't mean it can't be reverted. So feel free to keep reporting your findings down the road!

    It was reverted because of server/client file mismatch, which should be fixed next patch as well. Unless the client file edit somehow doesn't make it to patch, this should be fixed for good without possible reverts.

    Yay! Thanks Precel. Looking forward to next server reset so I can finally exchange my dolls. Been keeping my DEX Helm scrolls and ETCs just awaiting for the fix next reset!
