That pumpkin basket (2006 SE) is tradeable? Was it an item from the first halloween 2015?

The ones from the current event are untradeable with no speed.

 

There are 2 pumpkin baskets.

The regular pumpkin basket with no speed which is untradeable (from previous event and this event)

then there is pumpkin basket (2006 SE) which has the added speed and it tradeable (first time being available this event)

 

Here are the rewards I see as a non-islander. So that tradeable 2006 SE basket is only available to islanders?

 

I guess its a maple island exclusive.

Fellow Islander here! After downloading new patch, i cant get in it worked for alittle bit then it kept kicking me out. I redownloaded legends several times and no luck. Anyone else having issues ?

 

Looks like it's an antivirus issue. Try to uninstall and reinstall, then making an exception to ML folder/ML executable in your AV

How do i get a "Super Snowboard" on the island?

 

Super Snowboard was originally an event item from 2nd Anniversary event, which was then added to the regular drop table off island. It's unlikely it will naturally make its way back into events unless staff decide to add it specifically to an islander's event raffle. So you're pretty much SOL.
