nerf multi client: only white-ing character to loot meso/items

    Would Seal actually do anything? Since mages would one-shot and shads would stunlock, they wouldn't ever get a chance to seal.

    Agreed. With the exception of Pink Bean, endgame bosses all suck ass. Toad, BGA, and Auf are all copium tier content. Nobody runs them to generate value because why bother when you can just go multifarm or run shortman Zak? It's so bizarre to me that the farther into the game you get, the shittier the content gets.

    my suggestion included buffed monster... AKA a monster with like 500k HP. Even a million if we want to do that. Can't one shot that.
    I'm sure its possible to make monsters immune to stun too?

    Hmm I see. Sounds like it would make the PB prequest an absolute nightmare, honestly.

    I believe you can make them immune to stun, like the elder guardians in CWK.

    Considering that the level requirement for Reverse and TL items are 150, I dont think attackers around that level would struggle too badly. Besides, buffed monsters with buffed loot makes the progress more worth it and more rewarding, too.

    Or just edit the prequest requirement from 999 monsters to like 300 of newly buffed ones

    Killing 999 monsters that have 500k EXP means you have to deal 500 million damage. Even assuming perfect damage utilization (no overkill, constantly hitting something for max DPM) and assuming you deal 10m DPM, that means each stage of PB prequest will take almost an hour (realistically it will take longer due to repositioning, etc.)

    and 10m DPM is a biiiiig ask

    Assuming 10 DPM is a big ask, that fullfillment is reduced by cleave classes and party play...

    I mean ideally. people are doing PB prequests in parties right?

    It's pretty difficult to coordinate. I'm not sure if you've tried partying up but it can be a logistical nightmare depending on when other people are available and what stage they're on. This would only be compounded by each stage taking significantly longer because people will be less inclined to double back to help others.

    It most certainly is.

    Just about every other server Ive played with similar or smaller populations people are doing at least some of the PB prequest in parties.

    Well, I'm glad you're having a good experience with it. From my personal experience (I've done PB prequest 4 times now) I've found that generally when I try to do it, other players who are also doing it are on different sections or are not available when I am, and I'm not available when they are, especially since doing the entire thing even in a party takes a decent amount of time (a few hours).

    I think Core Blaze is peak boss design, and Auf is fun too. i wish there were more bosses like those, compared to...nib/nameless/toad etc. i guess what i'm saying is bosses with various stages is more fun/interactive

    Any boss where you’re faced with actual decisions you have to make tends to be more interesting than target dummy bosses. At the heart of emergent gameplay is the player’s ability to make choices.

    Horrible change if it’s directed at multiclient farming as this only encourages people to make even more clients. Seeing as how hourly gacha rate for a single client farmer is around 6 an hour, multiclient this is 10 hours of farming.
