I can second that PQ’s aren’t worth it. I grinded all the way on my new shadower. and even with 180 base int, grinding gave way more exp than PQ’s. And the amount of meso I made from grinding master chronos, voodoo’s and cd’s is insane. And if you get lucky with a few gacha’s you end up with a lot of meso on 120 so you can gear your character straight away with half decent gear. You miss out on the PQ equips, but I think they are a bit overhyped by people.

 

But how does this compare to the mesos per hour I can make by arguing on forums how multimage and market manipulitation makes me poor instead

 

Tldr: the only thing you have to do to make money in this game is play the game. It's not that hard

I quite literally did master chronos on my xbow from 40-70 so that's doable. And yeah I got rich off of it

 

Love it. I'm always surprised how much meso I make from just playing the game when compared to how much time I spend sitting around and thinking about playing the game

yes, PQs in general are a very bad financial decision. I remember always being tight on pots when I was doing KPQ, then i started grinding when i hit 2nd job, and life is still tough, but it's better

 

I think the problem with the vast majority who complain about money is that they want to play an RPG but don't want to farm, good point your post

 

I basically did this
I only did the EPQ because I wanted the earrings, I got that summer event that I had to fish, I got lucky with chair and ws, I bought a skull 140, a shield 15, gloves 11, and cape 6 that carried me up to 16x easy

let me edit, to implement a thing:
i leveled 1-45 in Quest and 45-56 in EPQ, at those levels i was muuuch poor. when i started killing mobs that need high Kill per hour (like gs2 to 64-65) i saw alot of mesos

 

It's not only that, these items are first of all untradable, making their resale value 0, and I am sure grinding would yield similar exp gains if not superior exp gains to PQing

 

if you take into account the time to find the groups it is much better to farm

 

and some people are so weak that they just sit there and chill while you do everything else to pass

 

i think not a problem, most of new player can carry the own weight
the problem is who is lazy
