[Marker of Heroism] Can I replace this item if it is accidentally sold/dropped/disappeared?

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me answer this question.

My friend has already done the marker of heroism quest, but it is now missing from her inventory. Maybe it was accidentally sold, dropped, or bugged out and disappeared.

Is there any way to replace this item so that she can skip the valley of heroes obstacle course?

If there is not a way in game to replace this item, is this something I can contact staff about so they can hopefully resolve it?
