Blasted popsicle

I bought this Popsicle in the donor section of the Cash Shop believing that because it covered all one handed weapons that it would cover Staffs and Wands as well. After buying it, I realized that it covered all one-handed weapons EXCEPT mage ones and therefore cannot equip it when using my basic equipment.

I would like to know if it would be possible to do one of these two options:

1) Make it so the Popsicle can be used with Staffs and Wands
or
2) Refund me the donor points so I can buy a new CS weapon. With the current CAD to EURO exchange rates donor points are really expensive for me and it would suck to have accidentally wasted some on a weapon I believed I could use.

I completely understand that this is 100% my fault for not reading the complete description but I hope something can be done about it. Its an adorable weapon hehe.
