Put in enough str to wear your bow, nothing more.
SP wise, max double shot first, then crit, eye of the amazon and points left over into focus

U also have to add APs into INT if u plan to get enough hp for bossing. Also depends from ur gears for STR cuz u only need it to wear ur end game bow which requires 115 STR (its late, kinda lazy to write rn. Ill try to make a guide tmr )

70base str sounds to much I had around 40-50 base
