List of HP washing equips

Hats: Lv 10 Black Bandana (Really rare)
Lv 10 Green Bandana (10 slots, gotta scroll it)
Eye: Broken glasses (LPQ, Masks are REALLY expensive)
Face Accessory: Some event Items, like Rudolph's Nose
Shoe: White Socks (+2int)
Cape: Yellow Gaia/Adventure cape, 8 slot capes that can get you quite some int. (Lv. 65 and 50)
Gloves: Green Mittens (6 slots, no int clean)
Weapon: Lv 1/10 sword, can be equipped by all classes and 1h sword for matt scrolls seem to be cheaper than wand

You could also write down for Gloves: Red Marker (lv 20 but can have up to 3 int base), and Yellow Marker/BWG (the unfortunate thing about Yellow Marker is that even though it also has 7 slots, it's lv 20 so for INT purposes I'd say it's too expensive/not efficient).

 

We don't use bbb's information [all the time]. We just had our winter event so they were released recently. White socks are shoes that can be 0-2 int, and they are Lv 10. Green Mittens are a level 15 glove with 6 slots.

Lv. 30 Squishy Shoes, 1 int 5 s, can roll a 2 int afak when dropped from King Slime

 

for weapon, if you hope to scroll with 60%/70%, 1hand sword would be $wise selection (cos both wand and 1hs scroll gives 1 int / scroll).

but if you aim "highest int", wand 10%/30% gives 3 int while 1hs 10%/30% gives 2 int. so well-scrolled wooden wand can be option.

heart staff (but it's wand. LOL?) have 1~3 base int so if you scroll this, would be nice option also, but this requires some luk (can't remember exactly but between 50 and 60 i guess) to equip.

 

yes, only for ppl who have enough luk to use it. (like, htp+zhelm, or, NL, and shad.)
