i totally agree
i remember when i tried to make a claw, boi that was hard
the only unit that "supposedly" drop claw att 30 is the fire trunk in nlc but it didnt really seem to drop any after zillion elephants killed
i think its quite bummers that the thing u want the most cant be farmed

The mobs that drop 30% attack scrolls were intended to do so. Some mobs are just better than others, and drops are a part of that.

 

They do drop from Fire Trunks; I have a friend who used to hunt them there.

They also drop from Nightghosts in Zipangu.

You're the one not understanding. I'm asking you why there needs to be a good reason; this game is not balanced in nature, and drops are a part of that. You act like there needs to be fixing or justification for a poor distribution/choice of drops that Neckson intended, but that's just the way it is. Unless the staff decides to change anything, they're keeping as close as they can about how certain droptables vanilla servers used.

Also, if you're talking about Claw 30%s being a 'bad example,' you should probably respond to the person who thought they couldn't be farmed easily, despite the fact that they can be and are.
