Add Dark Dome helmet as a drop

It's a lvl.47 helmet for warriors that isn't sold, isn't craftable and doesn't drop from any mob.

uhhh... Because it looks sick as fuck? I'm a sucker for FashionStory.

If the eventual alternative for the fusion anvil gets implemented one day (It's already an approved suggestion: https://forum.maplelegends.com/index.php?threads/suggestion-non-nx-equipment-covers.9084/), I'd like that this helmet gets implemented as a drop. It looks too good.

Not a priority over anything else by any means but I just wanted (and needed) to at least put this suggestion out there.
