Add the Mu Lung Dojo Boss Party Quest

I agree there should be this party quest, with the belt rewards. It is a great way to have fun with friends

 

We can't wear belts (no belt slots) unless we upgrade the client to v83.

 

This pq was really fun, specially since it was easy access to mini boss fights with a party. +1 for the idea.
As for rewards, it wouldn't have to be belts, it could be something else (i.e. use points on scrolls and such, would require many of course)

I do not agree with this suggestion. I really liked this party quest in GMS, but I do not think it fits in this version. First of all, we can't even make it GMS-like (if I'm not mistaken, it had a custom shop and pop-ups for each stage and completion, probably can't be added) and we don't have belts nor belt slots and adding that would require an upgrade to v73+. It also destroys the meaning for travelling to kill mini bosses all around the Maple World, at least in this version. In later versions (late pre-bb, early post-bb) mini bosses were nothing special until they added Silent Crusade again and at that point they already f-ed everything up. Don't upgrade to v73+, please.

Never update to v83 i agree with, but that doesnt mean never to the pq tbh. The pq has no mandatory reason to mantain its belt rewards

Played back in circa 2006 maplestory beta and nostalgia for me is killing wild boars and fire boars, that is enough for me.

 

Arguing with "It's nostalgic" is just stupid, since everyone has their own view on what nostalgia is and what it includes.

+1 though, although a) it's not (or shouldn't be) top priority and b) has to be altered, because you can't get belts (v62 4lyfe) and some things can't be done on v62 AFAIK, and some bosses are missing. Also...

Aren't mini bosses already sort of insignificant? The drops wouldn't (shouldn't) come from those bosses when doing Dojo PQ, and many people don't do it for other reasons. Also, no one is telling you not to hunt mini bosses if you find it nostalgic.

 

If you mean a timed ranking, that wasn't even available in V83 iirc.

Don't think the V63 client has any of the packages needed for mu lung dojo, maybe it can be special coded, custom Boss PQ, or need a whole new client.
