Accepted & Implemented Add Ws message for Cwk Exchange

Joko's script is simply an old script that never got reworked into our new scripting system yet, there isn't a specific reason for it not having a yellow line yet.

Same goes for the lock picking npc, and for Genie's exchange.
I assume these too would benefit for a yellow line announcement, wouldn't they?

 

Both exchanges will send the player the note about researching market prices, in case it's their first WS, so there should be at least a minimum of safety net.

The thread is already marked as accepted, but for the sake of completion - White Scrolls from the Crimsonwood Exchange quest and White Scrolls (and Chaos Scrolls) from Geanie's Scroll of Secrets Exchange will display the item megaphone notice in chat, and warn users via note in case it's their first legendary item.
