    pro:
    ~ allow new players to enjoy the game during low lv and still able to do hp washing later
    ~ allow high lv (or even lv200) players to do The Final hp wash :health:
    ~ allow players to utilize nx cash (after using this All ap reset scroll to wash hp, u need tons of Single AP reset to add back main Stat respectively)
    ~ a lots more pls help to add
