Add Crystal ilbi and Infinite Throwing Stars...pew pew pew

(let the community decide?, prob gonna be less than BF or MTK?, quitted awhile back so forgot if the server had any changes in stars dmg)

Quantity per Stack: in relation to the star dmg, shld be somewhere in the reasonable range of BF quantity.
- C Ilbi @ 800? (w/o Mastery Skill)
- Infinite @ 800? (w/o Mastery Skill)

Attainability:
- C Ilbi: via NLC questline crafting?
- Infinite: maybe add to a boss drop? (No idea on Infinite currently as I'm unsure, maybe its during Post-BB?)

on a flip side, if we were to follow the maple design of throwing stars i.e. from kumbi and upwards, jump by a +2 in WA (kumbi/icicle @ 21, tobi @ 23, steely @ 25, ilbi @ 27, crystal ilbi @ 29).

However after crystal ilbi, the next star would be balanced fury (@ 30 which is a +1WA from crystal instead of +2WA) and mtk (@ 31 WA, +1 WA from BF). Here, we could increase the WA for BF and MTK to 31 and 33 respectively. Understanding that crystal ilbi may not come in this server, it is fine @ 30 WA for BF and 31 WA for MTK, however this does not align with the maple experience nor design of items. Sure we can say maple has it's flaws, but i believe we could work on further discussions and possibly use 1. crystal ilbi instead to craft BF and 2. BF to craft MTK, so this way there is a progression for players with crystal ilbi to attain it and possibly upgrade it in the future and this adds a somewhat higher difficulty in crafting MTK which is fine for the additional WA increase.

 

lol apparently someone's a hater here. oh well but it's merely aligning to the game design of stars attack, also can NL mob efficiently as other class (war, bow, mage, pirate), no. The only aoe mobbing skill avenger has distance req unlike all these other classes (fury/crusher, rain/erupt/pierce, dragon strike/ air strike, genesis) . And not to mention the nerf's NL has received in alchemist and this proper fix of stars progression is fine and fits well.
