Buff active party grinding and nerf leeching with afk timer

I know this won't happen but I still want to say that I'm for it. NLs with 200 INT or whatever is not the game working as intended. If you can't level to 155 with your stats, the game is saying to you "You shouldn't be at 155" not "break the economy to get there." In Ye Olde Dayes, if you were an NL with six INT, your character was considered broken because you wouldn't do enough damage at... I guess Bains (like, in the pre-Gobies era)?

I'm a pretty unwashed NL that HT'd regularly from 155 because I'm part of a great group of folks that sees HT as a communal project -- which means we like having a lot of people, which means there's always HB for me and the other ranged characters. The point of big, end-game bosses is to use every kind of player to defeat them. Resolving the leeching issue would require a lot of end-game players redefining what makes the game fun, which I don't think is going to happen. Bummer.

and to clarify: if sweat is your definition of fun, then cool good for you i have no problem with that. i'm just saying that sweat being the overarching definition of fun means that a certain approach to leveling and washing will remain unalterable.

Lol this kind of post makes me want these changes to be made so that we can see the newer generation of noobs cry out injustice and scream bloody murder.
Most of the older generation mages already finished their attackers, so it wouldn't affect them as much.
