Low Eliza Quest broken

    Description of the bug: To complete the quest "Eliza's Eternal Sleep" you are supposed to enter notes on a harp, but interacting with the harp plays no sounds and entering the song correctly does not complete the quest (I tried 4 times, also tried re-logging and forfeiting and accepting the quest).
    What is supposed to happen?: Notes are supposed to play when you interact with the stones of the harp and entering the song correctly should complete the quest.
    Where did you find and/or notice this bug?: In the last quest of the Eliza questline.
    A step-by-step guide to re-producing this bug (optional):
    Extra information (optional): I completed this quest on two different chars before and back then everything worked, so it must have been broken by some recent update.
