    I can put exceptions to which sections are been seen and which not, but right now its applied in every section.

    Sometimes when people have an account they may start talk in the shoutbox and maybe make them more closer to the community, which brings a higher chance for said person to join. However, main reason is still so we can manage our traffic better.
