Windows 8/8.1/10 Getting dced "unable to connect to game server" but only on one character

    Hello,

    I keep getting dced every time i try to login from the charcater screen, or changing channels while in game. My internet is fine, and this only happens on one character, not any of my others. I have tested running only one client, and multiple clients, and still reach the same conclusion. I am on windows 10, and I believe it is a similar issue to this user's:

    Any advice on how to fix this?
